Differentiate / recognize duplicate data in cells

I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010

I have some words and phrases in "COLUMN A" which contains words that are not to be used in "CELL B1"
i.e.: When a sentense is PASTED or TYPED in "CELL B1" and if it contains any exact phrases or words in "COLUMN A" (NOT CASE SENSITIVE)

Option 1
the words or phrases in "CELL B1" should be highlighted or some how be able to recognize or differentiate.

Option 2
"CELL C1" should display the words or phrases that are exactly repeated in "CELL B1"

I applied your code and found a small correction.

I typed this into "CELL B1"

"The #1 way to get 100% free and 100% satisfied and 100% or 50% off, We accept credit cards and acceptance are accordingly fare to act now and take more action as on ad for additional income"

And the '100% and 50% off' didn't get detected (remained the same in color)
