    Survey responses in multiple columns should aligned in single column against username

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a survey responses downloaded in excel with having 6 columns entries along with username in column A, there 6 columns with certification and completion year against user. i want all the certification completed by the user in one column after that next user. Attached the sample file for your reference. Thanks in advance. Highly appreciated. either formula or macro is accepted.

    Is it possible to have with excel formula or vba, because the file may used by broader community.

    If you answer my question first - which version of Excel are you and the broader community using?

    And why exactly would this NOT be appropriate for the broader community? Is it that YOU don't understand/use PQ?

    Yes, we using Excel 2016, i know about power Query, but not in my company, they want the result, not how to do that, and PQ is not installed in my computer.

    PQ is included in Excel 2016 - it is on the Data ribbon (Get & Transform).

    If you set it up, your colleagues don't need to manipulate PQ at all. I am really not clear on your objection to it.

    I will leave it to others to offer altearnative solutions.

    Thanks Aligw. Using Power Query is good option, it worked for me.
