Find and replace question

Hello everyone,

I apologize for my ignorance, I'm kind of new to working in excel, so I have several columns with values I need to change
for example, :08:41 needs to have a zero before the colon, needs to be 0:08:41 due to this, all my formula result in a #VALUE!

I can't change them all manually, I was hoping there was away I can do this,

Or try:

=C2+(0&D2)+E2

all I'd like to do, if it's possible.

Please see Book2, Is there a way to add a zero before the colon to all the values in the column and throughout the sheet as it shows in D2 ?

the formula I'm using is =C2+D2+H2/J2

when I manually add a zero to the value in D2 the fomuala works and I dont see the #VALUE! ERROR
