Do you want the number still to hold its value? If so, I suggest you use costom cell formatting, which would be simply m or mm. If you convert it any other way, you won't be able to calculate anything using it.

Simply multiply by 1440 and display the result in General number formatting.
Hi AliGW,
I don't want to hold it. I just want to convert it into a simple Number
=B3*1440
and format as general.
