Help to get a formula to return the date of the last monthly rental in a cash flow

hi all

i need help with a formula which returns the date of the last monthly rental in a cash flow series. the monthly cash flows end with a payout number, however I need the date of the last monthly rental in the cash flow

in the attachment column V is where the formula would go with the expected result shown in column W

Column B is the monthly rental

This is just a snapshot of the data, the dates from C3 to U3 in the full dataset go right through to 2030!
