Formula to find Greater / Lesser Value in a Range of Column

Hi,

I have values in column F from F4 onward. In column C and D, I also have some values.

From Cell G5 Onward:
In cell G5, I want to search C5 value in Range E5:E74 and if there is any value in this range equal or lesser than C5 value, then 0 should be written in cell G5. Otherwise, it should write value of cell G1 in cell G5.
In cell G6, I want to search C6 value in Range E6:E74 and if there is any value in this range equal or lesser than C6 value, then 0 should be written in cell G6. Otherwise, it should write value of cell G1 in cell G6.
And so on…

From Cell H5 Onward:
In cell H5, I want to search D5 value in Range E5:E74 and if there is any value in this range equal or Greater than D5 value, then 0 should be written in cell H5. Otherwise, it should write value of cell G1 in cell H5.
In cell H6, I want to search D6 value in Range E6:E74 and if there is any value in this range equal or Greater than D6 value, then 0 should be written in cell H6. Otherwise, it should write value of cell G1 in cell H6.
And so on ….
