add work from home column

hi Team,

I downloaded the attached excel sheet for tracking of my team members.

I need a modification to add separate columns to include work from home this month and work from home for this year.

And also exclude work from home count from leave in this month and leave in this year, kindly help me on this i am new to excel .

As for work from home this month paste the following into NJ8 and then copy down to NJ27:

I am not sure what you mean by exclude work from home count from leave in this month and leave in this year. Please give us a specific column or row that should be changed.
