    Two-criteria query problem

    LOOKUP TABLE Find H,I,J column data according to PART NAME,DESCRIPTION, refer to H19:J22 (result)

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Amend column G descriptions

    =VLOOKUP($G15,$G$4:$J$9,COLUMN(B$1),0)
