Conditional Formatting Multiple Values

Can you have multiple values in a conditional formatting rule? I've got it working to highlight the row if the value of the target cell is a specific number. Is it possible to add another number to that formula or do I have to do separate rules for each value?

Example: highlight row yellow if target cell value is 5 or 6, orange if 7 or 8, and red for 9 to 14

You have to have one rule for each colour, e.g for yellow:

=OR(A1=5,A1=6)

where A1 is your target cell.
