Create named range "Sheets" with sheet names
inB2
=SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIFS(INDIRECT("'" & Sheets &"'!a2:a10"),$A2,INDIRECT("'" & Sheets &"'!B2:B10"),B$1))
copy across and down
Data has trailing blanks!
