How to show up or display the details numbers inside the sum formula&keep value as sum

Dear All,
i need help on this tricky situation i have in order to fill statements properly and keep track of everything numbers we are dealing with.

i have to display the addition of numbers in the sum formula i made and keep the value as sum but writing and reading the addition.
For instance cell A1 (=1), A2(=2) and then A3(=weither sum(A1:A2) or =A1+A2 and me i want to read =1+2 but keeping the sum which is 3
is there a way to do it in excel without developping vba or some codes?

how should i proceed to have this complete thus will allow me to display the addition in the right cells i want but still allow scoring system to calculate the rating.
