Format row if cell contents exists in a column on another sheet

I have 2 sheets.
- Sheet1 = Export of open jobs where Column-A is the Job#.
- Sheet2 = Personally Maintained Job list with the Job# in Column-B

I want to conditional format (highlight) rows on Sheet2 when the job# (Sheet-2 Column-B) is not found anywhere in Sheet-1 Column-A (indicating the job is no longer open).

Use conditional formatting on sheet2. Highlight the desired columns and add this CF rule using a formula:
