PTO Tracking

I am trying to create a tracking sheet for multiple employees. Our company has a different kind of PTO policy. Everyone gets 1 personal day every 4 months. but for PTO it is tenure based, it's 1 week every 6 months until you hit 5 years then it is 1 week every 4 months. There is no rollover, so there is no max PTO allowed.

any help would be appreciated!!

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
