Formula if any to calculate cumulative amortization/ depreciation

Hi, i am hoping to find some short or array formula for this big issue i am not able to get around.

1. I have column 1-20 from quarter 1 till quarter 20 with inputs - i am going to input # of value of asset procured each quarter.

2. Next to the above input table i have the calculation table with column 1-20 for Q1-Q20 again.

This calculation table is going to take the input each quarter from table #1 and in the same quarter in table #2 calculate the depreciation for a given number of quarters.

Each time cumulative number gets added, calculated and dropped when the depreciation quarters are over, let us say 12 quarters from starting quarter.
