How to list out the item name when the date matches ?

Hi, I am poor in Excel Index / Match formula.
Can anyone teach me how to solve it ?

Refer to the attached, can anyone teach me how to list out the item numberunder the date ? (the table in light-yellow area)
Or, is there any other intelligence way to do it ?

    Thank you in advance.

    In G6

    =IFERROR(INDEX($A$6:$A$30,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$1:$A$30)/($E$6:$E$30=G$4),ROWS($1:1))),"")

    Copy across and down

I am sure there will be a 365 alternative formula: see post #2 !!!!!.
