Check for Duplicates in more than 2 sheets

Hello,

I have a column with Company Names in sheet1 and I will have the same column in other sheets.
I would like for the Company Names highlighted in color if it has been entered in one of the other sheets before.
I want all the sheets to have the duplicates highlighted in color whenever a company name has been found in another sheet.
Please note that there can will be around 10 to 15 sheets and I cannot use VBA as this sheet will be on Excel Online

Is there any such formula that I can add in the "New Rule" of conditional formatting?

Here is what the sheets will look like:

Just to be sure: And if there are only duplicates on the same sheet? Don't they need to be highlighted in a color? For example Hatch on sheet1?

It does not matter if it does not highlight the duplicates on the same sheet. You can ignore that. My priority is to check duplicates on other sheets.
