Extract details based on If formula

I have a sheet called "Data"


I have tried to set up a formula on sheet 'Email Body"



Where there is zero in cell C1 on sheet "Data" then formula to return "No salary changes" . Where C1 <>0, then extract non-blank range from A2 to C20


It would be appreciated if someome could amend my formula on sheet "Email Body"

It is a little bit unclear but I'm guessing, this in cell A1 of the email body tab... =IF(Data!C1<>0,Data!D1,"No changes to Salaries")
this in cell A2 of email body dragged down and then right to C20... =IF(OR($A$1="No changes to Salaries",Data!B2=""),"",Data!B2)

I have used your formula in Col B & C on Sheet "Email Body"

I now need a formula to display the items in Col B and C in the body of the email in A1 after the formula

I don't think the columns B & C on Emailbody need to be used. That makes it more complicated.
Is something like this what you want?
