Index Match with three criteria one of them being that a value exists in a column

Hi everyone,

I already have a formula with the third criterion being the max value, but now I want to change it to the third criterion being a value existing. I tried but I cannot change the formula so it works.

When looking at the Excel I want to have the first No. where a TNA value exists. In the case of the file, it should be 2939. I was thinking that if I just look for a value in the third column that it automatically gives back the first number in column 4 for which a value in column 3 exists. If my logic is wrong please correct me.
