A SUM formula for multiple columns with different second name?

Hi!

I have an urgent job that I don't know how to solve.

In a table I need to sum all the data in columns of a product, but this product contains a 2nd name.

His:

data to add

Dress 25
Dress red 50
Dress Blue 56

I want to sum the data of all the columns that contain the word "Dress".

I tried to do with "SUMPRODUCT" but I don't know if this formula keeps only the column with the word "Dress" or includes all the columns with that word: "Dress red"
