TEXTJOIN 2 dynamic columns into 1 and return dynamically

I have 2 columns shown below which is an independent dynamic array. In a sense, Dynamic List 1 is a dynamic array of each own and Dynamic List 2 is a dynamic array of each own.

Now in a 3rd columns, I'd like to concatenate this 2 dynamic array list into 1, with comma as the delimiter.

Below is my formula and it's not working correctly

    Reps up to you both.

Why didn't I think of it.

But Fluff13 formula with BYROW and LAMBDA is what I'm looking for to implement in my real data.

    Thank you both.

    Variation on a theme:

Last row (lr) is calculated. Last column (lc) can be manually adjusted; in this case, B:B.
