Formulas to incorporate with existing table

    Dear fellow members

Currently i have a table (Column-V) which has data from another worksheet.

Right now, i need the names (data) on column-v to be appearing on Column M-R.

Last, there's repeated names on Column M, how or what formulas to apply to remove the duplicates.

    Thanks

    Kenny
