Is there a way to make a formula in Excel where you simply get Excel to either copy data from f.ex A1 from sheet 1 or 2 into 3 depending on which sheet (1 or 2) that contains data?

Okay I think I figured it out. This seems to work "=IF(ISBLANK(Sheet1!B2);Sheet2!B2;Sheet1!B2)"
This only works if its just values, is there a way to make it work if the cell contains text and/or a formula?
