    Selecting the next weekday

    I want to automate the next weekday function, which I manually update now. I use the 9/28/2022 date format, which is a Wednesday. I would like the cell to automatically pick the next Friday, in this example would be 9/30/2022, and display the date 9/30/2022, not the text Friday. If the cell shows 9/30/2022 I would like the cell to display the next Monday. I've been playing around with IF and Weekday with no success yet. Thank you for your time and consideration.
