Power Query won't load

Your source table shouldn't have blank rows to the end of the column (over 1 mln rows)

Can you help me understand the difference between your "Filter" code and my "Filtered Rows" code? Is it the same result but I should have moved it earlier in the sequence?

I also am trying to manually update my own copy to teach myself, and it's still not doing anything when I click "Close & load". I also tried downloading your attachment, deleting the output sheet1 to try reloading on yours, and it also doesn't load. Any tips?
