How to get cell value when an offset from a known location.

This is my first query - please help.

Sheet2 contains table of values. B5:F8
The offset of F from B is known(4)
Sheet1 C5:C8 has simple lookup in =Sheet2!B5 etc to =Sheet2!B8
    My Requirement
Formula in Sheet1 E10:E13 to refer to Sheet1 C5:C8 value but with the known offset.
e.g. The formula in Sheet1 E10 should return JOAN.
    An example xlsx is attached.
    Thank you.

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook. Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

    Thank you for the advice.
I did attach a sample workbook.
No other replies to my query yet though!
