Return a value when 2 conditions are met

    Hello everybody,

    I hope you are well.

I have a list with some job titles. If the job title contains the word Marketing or Production, I want "Salary increase" as the result and "No Salary increase" if the condition is not met.

The column H is showing N/A as it does not let me add "no salary increase".

    Can you please help.

    Thanks
    Sanchez
