I need formula for calculate percentage distance between two number in logarithmic:
A1:200 - A2:300. in aritmethic result is 50%, how about logarithmic?
&
A1:300 - A2:200 . in arimethic result is 33%, how about logarithmic?

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

In deference to your access difficulty, we can use the additional information that you crossposted to improve our understanding. You posted the following examples.

To paraphrase: You have A1=100 and B1=150, and you want a formula in C1 to ``calculate percentage distance between two number in logarithmic``.

Additionally, you want the same calculation when A1=150 and B1=100.

In stock analysis terms, we speak of the percentage "return" and "log return". I think that is what you want.

And you described the first example as "bullish". By that, I think you mean declining valuations.

Thus, the stock value changed from the earlier valuation of 150 (B1) to the later valuation of 100 (A1).

For both examples, the percentage return is =A1/B1 - 1 , formatted as Percentage.

The log return is =LOG(A1/B1) or =LN(A1/B1), depending on whether you want the base-10 or "natural" log. Format as General or Number, not Percentage.

It should not matter, for stock analysis purposes. But typically, the natural log is used.

Thus, the results are as follows.

in aritmethic scale I can use of difference value but in logarithmic I need percentage difference
it will be great if you make formula for calculate only wave A. how much price moved from 100 to 150 in logarithmic percentage?
it is Bullish and in the next step formula need to calculate Bearish include of it.
