Count number of times Multiple criteria is true

I am attempting to create an automated way to make a standings report based on a games project winner vs a games actual winner.

On the attached sample sheet, I am wanting to count how many times U>V and AC>AD are true. If so then I would count that as a "Win" for the forecast, and count towards a culminative rollup in a separate column. However I do not want to count if there are no values in AC & AD (basically The game hasn't played yet).

I really hope I explained this well enough. This is the building block to a larger project I am working with this data, but the cornerstone is gathering this data first.
