Sumifs countifs

How can i tell excel to do a sumifs but add like a countifs?

Currenly have this

=COUNTIFS(Data!$M:$M,">5",Data!$M:$M,"<10",Data!$U:$U,'Event Summary (2)'!$E8,Data!$B:$B,'Event Summary (2)'!$D8)

and want to add another column that says count these units if the price is less than 5 but greather than 10, that column would be in data column O which has units

Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. For a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments, otherwise scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

=SUMIFS(Data!$O:$O,Data!$M:$M,">5",Data!$M:$M,"<10",Data!$U:$U,$B8,Data!$B:$B,$A8)

What was changed from the COUNTIFS to make it sum is highlighted in blue.
Note that I changed D8 and E8 to A8 and B8 to match the sample that you shared with us.
