Count when the cell has the same date

Hello guys,

I hope this message finds you well.

DATE = Here i want to input a date that already exists in the sheet. Is it possible that everytime when i put a new date that it automatically appears in the other frame? If not, thats not a problem.
Fruit = should simply count the number of fruits bought in that day
Quantity = should add all the quantity with the same date
COST = should add all the money spend in that particular date
Balance = the result should be the lowest value in that particular day
Balance % = Should be the highest if positive number or the lowest if negative number.

Here is an example..

That is a job for a pivot table, as in the attached.

Is it posible to get "Grand Total" out of the table?

Click on the pivot table > Design > Grand Totals > Off for Rows and Columns
