Prospect calculation in months.

Hello,

I'm new here and got a question. I wanna use a sheet to calculate the capacity.

I've attached an example file. You can see the client name and if it's a prospect of a client. The order value of a client is 100%, because we have an agreement. For example this is ?1000 a month, I want to fill January with 1000 and Excel has to check the succesfactor. This is 100 so the 1000 will be visible in januari at project Y. It's different with the prospects. When I make a proposal of ?1000 and I think the succesfactor will be 25%. I'm filling in januari 1000 in the empty field and I want an automatic correction to 250, because we think that it well be 25% change the client will sign the proposal.

Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

You have to add the value somewhere.

Maybe:

=$D2/12*$C2

copied across and down. See file.

Thanks for your response. I think it isn't possible to not add the value somewhere, right? Because you're overwriting that cell in my opinion.

You can, of course, but it's a pain...

You could also have a table elsewhere, of project name and value. But getting the valuue from a CELL is much easier than hard coding it into a formula.
