    Auto Populate Text from a value between two columns

    Hi
    Need help on a simple formula and function.
    I am trying to get the remaining value populated on Column C
    Actual and target are manually populated. I just need to get a list from Column A & B as to what is still missing.

    2 questions:

    1. Are you always looking for values that are currently in Column A but not in Column B? Or would you want to look going the other way too?
    2. Your profile says MS 2016, join date 2015. Since you joined, have you upgraded to Microsoft 365?

    In column C, use a COUNTIF formula to see if the numbers in Column A are in Column B. Copy that down the length of Column A.

    There may be a way to combine the two into one formula, but I do not know how.
