Loop throug text and use separtors to separate text and put into separate cells.

Hi guys. I have about 1000 likes similar to these.

I need to separate this sentence into 3 parts and each in a row and in separate cells as follows.

Then it needs to loop through the whole sheet.

I must admit I'm lost.
The separators could be
1 - Step 1: Copy the strings until "a capital letter is reached"
2 - Step 2: Copy the strings until "period" is reached.
3 - Step 3: Copy the strings until a "period" is reached.
