    Help with conditional formatting

I'm trying to highlight a cell (column E) if it's:
    - between 53-60 days past the Start Date cell (column A) AND,
    - column B, C or D in that row equal "No".

I can't seem to put the requirement all together. Any help would be appreciated.

    Start Date Item 1 Item 2 Item 3 Start+60
    10/1/2022 No Yes Yes 11/30/2022
    10/5/2022 Yes Yes Yes 12/4/2022
    11/1/2022 No No No 12/31/2022
    11/5/2022 No Yes No 1/4/2023
    12/1/2022 Yes Yes No 1/30/2023

    Hi,

Select cells with dates in column E, go to Conditonal formatting> new rule> use a formula...

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Re: Help with conditional formatting

Thank you! The formula is working with identifying the columns that have "no", but it's not also filtering it to within that one week (days 53-60 from the start date). Specifically, I'm trying to catch people that are within one week of a deadline that have not completed one or more of their items.
