    Formula to filter out data

Hello! I have the attached dataset where I am trying to create a formula to derive the closest check-in date to the clean date for the same property.

For the same property, there are different clean dates for one check in date. I would like to simplify the data set to show the check in date closest to the clean date.

Hi Mike and welcome to the forum,

Your question is a bit tough to understand. It seems like you want to show each property only once. You also want the Maximum Check In with the Minimum Clean dates.
See the attached Pivot Table that may give what you want.
PT Check In vs Cleaned Dates.xlsx
You need to play with Pivots a bit and change the Min or Max of each columns to see if that is what makes sense for your question. Time to learn more about pivots??
