Cell outcome dependent on multiple other variables (text and number)

Hi,

I'm trying to create a formula to get a cell outcome based on multiple different variables that are number of text.

So the outcomes could be

Outcome 1
Outcome 2
Outcome 3
Outcome 4

And these outcomes based on multiple variables like:

Product type
Product spec
Product amount
Product amount two

The outcomes would be different based on the "product type", "product spec", if product amount two is less than "product amount", or above "product amount" another outcome.

Also dependent on the variables I would like the possibility to be able to combine outcomes.

Help would greatly be appreciated.
