Index match formula to return TX ID into cell

For each month, I want a formula that looks for TX ID and returns that value in cell

My best shot at the formula is as follows '=VLOOKUP(TABLE1[TAX ID],TABLE1,Table1[DATE],">"&"05/01/2022"

I have uploaded a sample workbook

    Thanks

Could you please put formula into effect in sample spreadsheet I have attached, I learn much better seeing the formula play out on a spreadsheet.
