    Wink Identify a specific text based on larger text (IF formula)

    Hello guys

    I have a data that contain a text that a few of the text describing a specific criteria (Symptom),
    I want to automatically identify that text, so I can use it for my If formula or something Else.

    Is there a way to solve my problem?
