Identify a text based on Complex text and add it to criteria (IF formula) or Else
Hi Expert,
I have a data that contain a text that a few of the text describing a specific criteria (Symptom),
I want to automatically identify that text, so I can use it for my If formula or something Else.
Do you have any solution to this problem.

Please amend your sheet to show your expected results for bacterial identification. Do ALL Of the key words HAVE to be present... or just SOME of them?
