If a value from "Column A" in a table is in the cell, return "Column B" from the table.

Hi all!
There are many options on the internet for partial vlookup matches in a table. This question is different.
I have a list of real estate listings with titles like "Dark Wells Fargo (Ground Lease)". This is a "Wells Fargo". I need "Wells Fargo" returned in a cell using a formula.

To have the target values, I made another worksheet with 800 rows of different store names in "Column A" to match against and the value to return in "Column B" if there is a match.

I've attached a simplified file.
