How can I highlight one cell based on a matching cell being highlighted?

I have a spreadsheet with 2 rows of Company's. I need to highlight the 2 column depending on if the 1 column is highlighted or not.
    Example.xlsx

In my attachment, I need the company's in column E to automatically highlight depending on whether or not they are highlight in column A.

Also, I'm not sure if I attached the file correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Welcome to the Forum Mandanae!

The highlight in column A is conditional formatting based on the content in column C, so you can use the same logic for column E. See attached.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Yes, it did. It was more me than anything. Sometimes I get confused with the formulas. I'm learning.
