    Question Index/Match w/ 2 column sources?

Hello, I need a little help with a formula.
I've been wracking my brain and Google isn't helping, maybe I'm not searching right, but I'm just stuck.

I'm trying to do and index match lookup, but the index/match needs to pull from two sets of columns. All I've seen so far from Googling, is "Excel can't do that" - but I know it can be done. Just maybe not with index/match and I'm not too knowledgeable on the harder formulas as of yet.

Please see my sample as to what I'm looking for, I can try to clarify if it's not clear enough.

Is that still your office version? If you were on O365 you could use this in B6:

If you're still on 2019 then the layout of your table is making this quite difficult.

FWIW, the difficulty you're going to have is that one row (01/05/23) contains both DDDD and CCCC but it can only really be returned once unless you stack the columns (I think). I did find a solution using a helper column - see column E in the attached.

Yea I have 2019 at home and the newer version one at work doesn't recognize the stack formulas so can't use this unfortunately, but thank you.
