Appending Current Index Formula to Have Search Criteria

Hello,

I use the below formula to grab a sequence of 3 randomly selected non-repeating rows. I would like to update this formula to be able to add 2 criteria to the table it is searching, rather than grabbing 3 from anywhere in the entire table.

I have a helper cell, X2, that will first determine what the filter criteria is, then after filtering by X2 it will filter the new data by Y2 as well and return 3 values from that newly filtered data set. Thanks in advance!
