Coloring row same name on column after and specific abbreviation

Good evening, I can't color the line if a certain name is repeated in the next column and has, always on the same line, the M in AR and the R in AU.
In the attached file the lines to be colored are

Lline 10 NO the abbreviations are different
line 12 in F23 and G12 same name + M and R
line 13 in C19 and D13 same name + M and R
row 16 NO the name does not repeat on the next column
but after 2 columns.
