Index Match with duplicate names

Hello - new here and not quite sure how to title this topic but I need help with an excel task.
I have two tables, where I need to look into one of them and retrieve the appropriate data. The challenge is that in table 1, the lookup value has duplicate names and table 2 has the same names but also have different values.

I need to extract from table 2 and insert in table 1, going across (transpose?).
I hope this explanation is clear but please let me know if I can clarify anything further.
