I need a formula to calculate the prorated costs of each order based on the total shipment cost. The orders are on rows and are not consecutive. I also need the percentage of each order of the total shipment cost.

try this in J3 and drag down

Thanks for the reply. When I copy and paste the 2nd formula into O3, I get a circular reference error with column K.
Put this in K3 and drag down
