I want to do a formula that sees how each particular day the timings were per staff. For example I want to see how many staff were working on March 7 2022 or April 29 2022 PER time slot.
It can be visiual or data.
I dont need the client name per say.
Just need to see in a visual form or data form how many staff working in a particular day and time
See attached. I dont need a filter for employee, but need it so that i can see each week or day and see how the staff scedule looked that day.
Here is my take on it.
I converted the data into an Excel Table. then I put some helper columns. In to separate start and end times from start and end dates. On the report sheet there is a start and end date. Enter in the start date. The end date is calculated to be 6 days later. These dates determine which data rows on the appointment sheet are current. They also fill out the dates on the Report Sheet.
Back on the appointment sheet, I calculate a column for each date and a start row and end row for the start and end times.
I bring it all together with a SUMPRODUCT formula in the table on the report sheet.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
