Hi.
I'm trying to figure out if something like this is possible.
I'm in a club and we take notes about who is attending meetings.
What I would like to do is mark a name in red if a person has missed the last four (or more) meetings.
Now, marking a name in Red if a value in a cell is above or below a certain value is no issues, that I know how to do. But getting a cell to count up and reset is new to me.
At the meetings it is possible to buy food and stuff, so we also take note if someone has bought something. So if value is above 0, it means that the person has attended meeting.
So I had an idea that my colum B could have a value that counts up if a person does NOT attend the meeting. But as soon as the person attends it should reset to 0. If value in B get to 4 or above, the name will be marked in Red
I have a picture as an example
I have filled in values in Name 1 to Name 5. Value 0 = not attending.
Here i would have liked the number in colum B to be
B5 = 0
B6 = 1
B7 = 2
B8 = 5
B9 = 0

Is this possible?
I hope this makes sense, please let me know otherwise.
BR Martin.
