Can I use "yyyy-mm-dd h:mm:ss" date/time format to calculate the duration form two dates
A date is a number representing the number of days starting on 01/01/1900 and a time is a decimal number representing a part of a day. So, if you subtract two date/time values you should end up with something that gives you the difference.
