Reading column headers in matrix

Hi all,

I hope this is simple. I have a matrix, with names in a column and the various departments they are in in rows. What I would like to do is have a column that looks at each of the teams, and outputs them to a cell.

In the attached spreadsheet, for example, I'd like the output in G2, so Diana is in Sales and Production
